“Trust the Process” has been the motto for the Philadelphia 76ers for the last couple of seasons. For the 2017-2018 season, though, the process may be quicker than expected.

Philadephia should be a team to look out for this season – barring injuries.

Foward Amir Johnson and sharp-shooter J.J. Redick join this young nucleus, as Philadelphia looks to return to the NBA Playoffs for the first time in five seasons.

If healthy, there should be much optimism around this Philadelphia basketball team. The 76ers youth is progressing very well and with a weakened Eastern Conference, should make this team a playoff contender.

To add on, Philadelphia added a high-volume three-point marksman, in Redick, and a rugged veteran to guard the basket, in Johnson.

Expectations will more than likely not be lofty for this team, but a playoff team and a team that shows signs of improvement and contention in every game should make this fanbase happy.
